Assuming that Fuelist also deserves a 700 million market cap with CHAG owning 51% it's should be worth 357 million, don't recall the exact share count here but that's about $7 a share?
Don't think that will be happening not even counting the value of Pimovi.
You're talking about potential, which is the basis for every pump and dump. (Not saying that CHAG is p&d, just stating the fact that every pump is based off of "potential.") TrueCar and Fuelist are not one in the same. Apples and oranges. It's like saying RadioIO is a steal because Pandora has a multi-billion market cap and RadioIO and Pandora are "competitors."
CHAG's price did drop back to the 0.02 to 0.03 range, which is where it deserves to be for now. Hopefully they make it. But there was still something fishy about the 0.052 trade.
