I always ask the question when determining whether a company is running a scam....who is benefiting from that scam. In the case of Bayport, I do not see any benefit to the management, as they have no stock to sell, no/minimal salaries being paid to them, and no personal expenses being paid by the company. So, I do not see this as a scam situation. I do however see either poor management or unfortunate delays in getting things done. SCAM???? I do not think so.
