**It is both! A double whammy going to happen! My "dilution theories" are from the pr and common sense. They stated the o/s today. They have another 1.433 billion to dump to max out the 2.5 billion. They just raised the the a/s to 7.5 billion and announced they will issue 2 separate 1.5 billion shares to convert...... AND they told you if they finish up early, they will return what is left over! So....... Right now, they will dilute 1.433 billion, and in 6 months from now they will dilute another 1.5 billion and if that is not enough to pay off the debt, they have another 1.5 billion reserved to dump! What don't you understand? I can't make it any easier. It is right in front of you. Mine Bitcoins and sell shares to pay for it! Good luck, last post here unless I get inquired upon. They have 3 servers, to get 100 severs, they will dilute at least 3 billion shares to achieve it! Read the pr and add it up. It is not rocket science here. Current o/s is slightly over 1 billion. I am not short. I don't really care if you buy the stock or sell the stock. Just stating the facts as I see it! Good luck to all!
