I agree with what you've said. All I was trying to get at was he has to keep up some as semblance of success.
I hope he's just not pissing it away. I want to believe , it's getting harder though.

I guess it depends on whether he is spending your money or mine!! Never said eating fast food or staying in motel 8, but there should be some realistic spending controls in place to show investors he is spending our money wisely and continuing to add value. Extravagant hotels and eating with the rich and famous is not wise spending. Plenty of better things to spend that money on.

You don't know that he's spending your money (or mine). People have hammered him on twitter about his traveling expenses and he's stated he's not getting a salary and the company is not paying his travel expenses. The filings show he's not getting a salary, but there's no way right now to verify the travel expenses. We will have a better idea in the next Q (if expenses are way out of line to this last Q).

I think what he states is probably true. He's passionate about making his dream a realization. He would be within his rights to draw a salary, but he doesn't.. how many stocks are you aware of that the CEO doesn't take a salary? I don't think he's going to spend what little money the company is making (from dilution) to stay in 5 star hotels either. He's going to spend it where it will do the most good of realizing his dream. He's also loaned the company money more then once to keep it a float.

With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if we paid for the Cannes party. I don't have a problem with that. The visibility and networking will help us in the long run. It's vital in the entertainment industry.
