<<I would like to review the testimony at the District Court level from the expert witness in the Teva case >>

The first thing to do is to review the district court decision. It might have some description of the testimony. I am 99.9% sure I did that at one point and there was at most a sentence or two.

If you were really serious, say a hedge fund doing some serious investigation, you could pay for and get a copy of the transcript. That can get expensive. I've done it for particular hearings or arguments and it is not that bad, maybe $50 or $100 for several hours. But if you don't know when the testimony was and have to get many days worth, that will get expensive. Possibly we could narrow it down by looking at the court docket for the district court proceedings.

If memory serves, Sandoz/MNTA did not have expert testimony, I thought they said they in one of their briefs to the Supreme Court.
