Normally when I'm issued a dividend the value of the combined asset doesn't DECREASE.
Sorry, but regardless of what the company says to try to inflate thier stock price, it's not good for shareholders.
I think I'll start stealing cars and selling them back to the owner after bashing all the windows in and call it a dividend. I bet they'll fall for it!
