i am not quite that pessimistic...however...i think manu is having real trouble obtaining construction financing...banks and others lend money to those who don't need it...we have NO cash....makes lenders very nervous...lets try some JUNK bonds shall we...and dilution is NOT helping...your capital structure is a critical criteria for lending and ours is crap right now and deteriorating fast...
