There is dilution. That is the biz model. The longer you wait, the less dilution you should see. At some point, in the near future, I believe that the dilution will stop and our portfolio's free cash flow will absorb the debt of future acquisitions.

You've got to ask yourself. Who has more skin in the game? FK with his 154 million common shares or you?

If you believe FK isn't a fraud, you should believe he will get it done.

Because it's being shorted.... More than half the volume is shorted... Would need a MONSTER PR and day to get by it. Too many daily flippers when the PPs movement ranges 15% everyday...

I can only say this : I do not sell anything most days .... But the saying goes buy on rumor sell on news ...I do know this for a longtime BMAK was holding it down ... BMAK is now gone and will not be back for awhile ....
I think this current slump is aftershocks of BMAK ... I also strongly believe that the current MM's especially NITE will be caught short once the Divy's come along ...
