I just spoke with IR and he basically said they filed it but something got lost in the shuffle, essentially - nothing to worry about. I asked if he thinks it should be resolved pretty quick; he laughed and said it should be resolved this afternoon. Just Quebec affected too - it's a once a year filing they require.
