I'll lay 10:1 odds the a/s was increased by 5M to accommodate the $5M credit facility. While MELY may say the credit line is non-dilutive, I guarantee they still have to put up collateral, which is what the a/s increase is all about. Chances are, they'll all be restricted, too.
