O.K., I understand now. They didn't actually or physically mishandle the artifacts, the just didn't follow "legal protocol". No big deal whatsoever. If anything, kinda' smart...they know what they're waiting for now...
Thanks for explaining it. I wish I could get employment with them. I would give up my day job and be a deck-hand!!!
