Then maybe it's just coincidence that Bill Delgado joined MyECheck as a director. And Rod Zalunardo and Bill Delgado list GDSI's address on the Wyoming Secretary of State info for MyEcheck. And in MyECheck's latest disclosure statement they list their office address as GDSI's address. And MyECheck is now using the same attorney as GDSI (Naccarato & Associates).

I can think of many ways that this could benefit both companies...
