Adolfo...in that case they would just exchange our shares for the new GEG but I don't see it happening that way because Metwood owns less than 45% of the o/s shares. The biggest reason however is that there are benefits of being minority owned and the Metwood folks are not minorities. They would be giving up that advantage.
