Energie Holdings, Inc. Enters Into New Partnership With Regent

("Energie" or the "Company")(OTCQB: ELED) announces that through its wholly owned subsidiary, Energie LLC, has recently received exclusive rights for rapid expansion of distribution in North America from Regent Beleuchtungskörper AG, a pioneering Swiss developer of LED energy efficient lighting systems.

Energie and Regent have been working together for over ten years. Over the past several years, Regent has developed several LED product families that are targeted at meeting North American LED lighting demands. Energie intends to launch several of those product families in 2014-2015. The product families scheduled for launch by Energie in 2014-2015 are Channel LED, Flow LED and ITEM LED which represent major linear product opportunities because of their design aesthetic, quality of materials and construction, optical design and LED performance. Also scheduled for 2014-2015 launch are Solo LED and Solo Sky LED. These families are a new product category in North America that present strong opportunities in the architectural lighting market because of their unique shape and attention to installed details as well as utilizing high performance optics combined with LED technology.

Energie's business and distribution model, which utilizes 63 distributors throughout the US and Canada and European manufacturing partners, enabled the Company to achieve over $30,000,000 in revenues as a private company. The Company's exclusive agreement with Regent for these new product lines represents an estimated additional $10 million in revenue to the Company over the next several years and is just one step in its plan to substantially increase its revenues as a public company by leveraging its existing relationships through additional product offerings and strategic acquisitions.
