Wow, Ericsson is a huge MSP -

Ericsson touts 1B subscribers covered by managed services deals

More on AGM -

Peter T started off his AGM presentation with news that wasn't included in his slide presentation. Unfortunately, I didn't get all the particulars.

The news is that Sphere 3D Glassware 2.0™ platform and Desktop Cloud Orchestrator™ “DCO” have been made a spec for Dell Drive Plus (I think). I was going to ask Peter for more details after the meeting, but didn't get around to it.

Peter explained that once a product becomes a spec, it is then the standard, and any future offerings will have to be Sphere 3D or equivalent. IMO - Obviously, up to this point, Sphere 3D's solution is unique and there is no equivalent.

It's my belief that Sphere's Team went to Texas to meet with Dell in order to finalize the Dell Drive rollout of the Sphere Solution.

What did the rest of you hear regarding "spec"?

thanks for that effort Struftepete, it was interesting and learnt a lot reading it.

I wonder how close they are to commercialization here. For those in attendance, was Ericson, Nuvollo etc discussed at AM at all?? TIA

Looking forward to see what else u have dug up

I think Miss Sue Rudd stumbled upon something that she may not have been aware of until fairly recently. A couple familiar (and recently talked about on this board) company names are leading the charge. Is our little company smack dab in the middle of this? Think we may be finding out sooner than later ;-)

From the Ericsson website........ As an aside, there is copious amounts of information on the Ericsson website. Those interested could read and learn much from this site.
