My opinion is that they just didn't pull a name out of a hat to decide what company to rebuild/clean up. I'm thinking that they chose MWWC for a few reasons. That it's something they have experience in and know pretty well. MWWC is obviously something they know they can clean up very well and make it nice and shiny ;) Perhaps with SB** they were limited to do certain things and execute certain plans and ideas? And with MWWC they can accomplish those things. They obviously have the skills and knowledge as well as the experience and perfect template to make MWWC very successful :) all IMO of course!
