The SEC suspends stocks all the time for pump and dumps. and posting something like that was indeed a pump and done to mislead investors. Have you already forgotten the SEC is already suspending multiple MJ stocks for various reasons?

Why is it BILL is quick to comment on a negative problem that gets raised on the messageboards yet won't open his mouth about this POSITVE comment being listed as already getting a license?
A simple yes or no about the license is all that is necessary - and you darn well better believe he has heard about this licensing prank!
