Man I cannot believe that happened today. MELY was setting up to run to pennies, and then they released this filing:

WTF? Why increase the a/s to 7.5 billion? That just means the dilution is going to kill the stock. So yes. I think it definitely is downgraded after that filing. I say that because everytime I have been in a stock and they increase the A/S ...that stock has went down... Doesnt matter if company is dumping yet or not.. Increase in the A/S means SELL. I have been burned too many times to hold through that for months and months...

The chart looks ok.. but it will probably head down or just stay in the low .002's for now.... MELY needs to release news to remedy this... What price did you get?
