Facebooks S-1 was 70 pages - probably took

6 months to pull together - and then there are the SEC reviews.

An S-1 for a company of GTRQ's nature - 2-3 months to pull together - one month for review - one month to finalize/change - best case IMO.

depends on what is involved...if the old company abandoned ship and did not leave a good paper trail...it may take time to piece it back together...there are many moving parts..I still say by the end of June
