Fraud is illegal. Intentionally misrepresenting their business activities to induce sale of stock is fraud, especially when they trade their virtually free shares for the hard-earned cash of investors.
The have lied repeatedly about rollouts and business operations that don't really exist. Where is the grey (lol) area?
