Fella, nothing has changed with AMEL except for the share price rising a little. They haven't released any information or updates. Guys are still getting paid way more money then they've proven themselves to be worth while issuing 500,000,000 more shares. Yes, I would still like to file a complaint with the SEC especially since I did not receive a response from their IR firm Circadian group. Again, I am in this for the Tesla gigafactory announcement spike, but AMEL is pathetic for not taking advantage of this opportunity. Absolutely pathetic.

elyoc, If we file compliant with SEC. What could they do for us? I do not know what SEC rulings they are breaking, How to file it ? Could you elaborate a little so all who Complain are on the same page. I possible will with more info from our Board Members. Thank you.
