I always chuckle when someone says "I'm not in this, but I'm trying to warn others".

As long as people pay attention to the big picture with MDNT, and see what kind of revenues this company can generate off of one or two very successful movies alone, let alone all of their other distribution deals, on top of holding concerts and other venues at the Studioplex, I think they will make informed decisions without the need of good Samaritans giving warnings.
