Exactly. ..Shea mentioned in the conference call and in several other communications he will avoid a R/S at all costs. Obviously million shares wants to pickup some cheapies otherwise he wouldn't be here still if he "got out" already.

I would rather have the 6.5b than the reverse split. The Audits are going to be completed (If I was Mike I would be standing over the desk), we will continue to advance as the GO-TO for the MJ industry, and we will have revenue. At this level those that are loyal and believe in this company will truely win. Mj-Aquistion company will continue advance in its path as well for which its going to need some of that A/S. I am continuing to grow my holdings here. GDSM will take care of those that know what they got. JMHO.
