PRDL has no assets for any hedge fund to buy out.

Its trading volume the past week is about 100 times higher than its assets.

they do not own any property -just lots of letters of intent that have expired worthless. No cash no purchase.

As someone said earlier they could perhaps but one or two nice houses on standard 80% mortgage if they have been diluting over the last few days.
