For those who don't understand:
The Global Energy Group associated with UBRG is a two person show:
Earnest Delong (Solomon Ali's verified attorney and close friend)
And Nicole Singletary (Solomon Ali shares a home of record with Nicole according to separate SEC filings) and presumed girlfriend.
The name "Global Energy Group" was chose to obfuscate (confuse, muddle, blur, make difficult, purposefully hide) the real identity of EXACTLY WHICH GLOBAL ENERGY COMPANY UBRG was linked to BECAUSE there are SEVERAL companies worldwide with the EXACT SAME NAME and at least one of those companies is a rather large, truly global organization (this one, IS NOT the GEG associated with UBRG).
The GLOBAL ENERGY GROUP associated with UBRG is not technically global. In an effort to add a sense of legitimacy to their name, and association, Ali and Delong opened a single suite office address in the U.K. And like magic, they became GLOBAL. It's a phony office with near as I can tell, nobody actually in it as far as I can tell. For all we know, it's a broom closet with a room number and therefore, it has an actual address.
This new GEG was created by Ali, Guest, Delong, and Singletary to facilitate share transfers between UBRG, RAINCO, and GEG. GEG was created early in 2013 and retroactively given shares in a previously undisclosed deal.
Everything written above is confirmed with no wiggle room. There is no error.
Ali, Guest, Earnest, and Singletary are frauds working in coordinated efforts to defraud shareholders. Consider yourself warned.
