would be hard to "sell the news" what ever news may be forthcoming.

I guess even an announcement of bankruptcy may cause the price to go up.

Has anyone calculated how much cash they may have gained from the shares sold this last few days trading?

Depending on the news it could just as easily pop and fizzle leaving some large bagholding. It is hard to fathom how they could afford to do anything to create really good news. Maybe one thing of the previously announce LOI could get started with proceeds from this dump of final 2 billion shares. If indeed they did sell them. But that would not buy more then one nice house.
