Roger, I have a question
When Smart Ventures, Inc. acquired The Sanday Corporation there was a 1 for 1 share exchange for all the outstanding shares of The Sanday Corporation which was disclosed in our initial disclosure statement to shareholders.
There was a significant amount of shares already outstanding in the float. The company has not sold any dilutive convertible notes to investors.
Roger, when you state that there was a "significant" amount of shares already outstanding in the float, how are you arriving at this estimation?
Were these shares held PRIVATELY and now that the stock is trading PUBLICLY since January 2014 (a mere 5 months ago), these privately held shares are being sold by these individuals? Are they selling at severe losses or did they receive shares at a discount prior to Smart Ventures acquiring The Sanday Corp?
