I spoke to a gentleman over there that stated the parts they were waiting on were in and that June 12th was the date they were expecting it to be complete. Nothing is in stone and I've heard they have made statements like this in the past and not come through so for now I'm sitting tight until that time approaches.

I still feel that once the maintenance is complete and BLTA finally gets certified, the PPS should be no lower than .12-.14.

The questions of if this well occur and if it's possible in 2014.
