Tim, many here, including myself, said not to expect a dramatic surge in share price just based on the signing of PSC's. The signing of PSC's was the greatest thing that this company has accomplished.
But I can assure you if you went to other message boards and told other posters that ERHC just got signed PSC's you would be met with a collective YAWN.
Most investors dont know what a PSC is. But when you go back to those same boards in a few weeks and tell them that Chevron has hit a massive well in Block 1 that straddles ERHC's blocks then you will get enthusiasm and interest from some new investors.
Oil is what is most important to share price. Not a signed peice of paper.
