I think this is the question that everyone is asking second most to "what's the A/S?" & IMO the answer is so obvious that it's right under our noses. We are missing it! Assume for arguments sake the O/S is 1b right now. Why is he diluting so much? He's spoken to it.. "Cleaning up Yellow" as in preparing it for world-wide release. He knows he doesn't need to dilute 5b on us at these levels.. Just whatever is needed to get that movie on the screen. Someone else just posted "larger companies can take on that type of dilution in the dollars"... Well, according to our CEO... That's where we are heading. Yellow is everything right now. It's going to be bringing in a lot more a day than .0028 a share. Agree with Mrs.BB today in that you/we should be accumulating all we can. The company is having a fire sale on shares so they can release a product that we KNOW will be worth double digit millions instantly and revenues for years to come. Yellow=PPS BOOM

I don't think there is any room for any conspiracy theory here because all you need to do is open your eyes and realize that we had 40 million shares outstanding a few months ago. Yes, that is 40 million shares!! And 2 weeks ago we had 660 million and we all know by now it's much much higher. Does a bell ring here? Of course you have flipper and trader engaged here but they are surely not the reason why the stock lost 80+% of it's value in the last few months since the 035 recent high.

As for the Doc, I disagree. I didn't see him post anything negative about the stock until after the close and he was speaking directly OF the close... That he didn't like it! I appreciate the insight he brings to the board here and as a shareholder leader/crusader as far as the all-out assault on the CEO for questions he wants answered or demands he wants met. Check out twitter.. Manu told him "we will get there" or something along those lines awhile back. Well we kept on buying his shares.. It's time for some alternate financing and the faucet to be turned off. I think we will see that soon... With the announcement of the release of YELLOW

It's so easy to accuse someone without a single proof, right?

Tell us how someone could flip a stock that doesn't move an entire day with millions of shares being dumped a whole day on the ask and on the bid????

I am not bashing, I am saying the truth, in this case my opinion based in facts, or it is not truth that the CEO has been lying to the public?

I always did this and will always do, independently of holding a stock, the truth never hurts.
