Jettson, I'm missing something in this convo. Are saying that you think TEMN is a Pump and Dump or that someone here pumped it so they could sell it?

I dont need to read that. My example applied to MRs strategy with TEMN. What they have done with other stocks - taking money and aiding insiders to dump stock, yet playing the ignorant card, that is illegal once its proven the promoters had knowledge of what the insiders were going to do.

Its a fine line.

That is why they are still around... its hard to prove anything. Plus it costs the SEC more money to investigate it and potentially come up empty than to win the case...

I want to say again what MR did for TEMN was fair. They used their influence to promote a good co. With no dumping. They werent paid. They became real investors thus taking a chance on losing.

If we had more APs on OTC perhaps pennystock promoters wouldnt have a bad rep
