When the Kijun Sen moves above the Tenkan San it means the price is moving with faster positive momentum, when the Tenkan San is above the Kijun Sen, the stock is moving faster in negative momentum, You can see how in NASV the Kijun Sen is cruising up with positive divergence away from the Tenkan san.

This is what you want to see. It builds the future support of the cloud. So now I can tell you that in the future (July) the price will have support in the .0385 area. and The cloud also looks like it wants to make the next leg up, so my estimate is the support line will be much higher. Possibly around .058-.06 or better.
