Intel claims the resulting SoC will be very price competitive. Leveraging Rockchip for integration likely means a substantially lower cost structure than traditional Intel SoCs.

I think this is a key point. It just adds to the theory that SoFIA is the one that will eliminate the contra revenue completely. One thing I am not sure is how moving the integration brings lower cost.
