Shoot, let's just go with an average sale in Feb-March of .001 even though it was a dumpfest and much higher prices. He received them on January 17th.

I think that's a mistake. He's selling this batch at $0.0001, as he did the last. But back in January and February, stock price was much higher, allowing very large guaranteed profits to the buyers of the offering when they resold.

Now, not so much. He should have gone for an offering of more stock at $0.00005 or $0.00001.
