Serf, Not sure of the exact source this, but I remember the company thinking 10,000 was a conservative goal for the short term, which as you point out would be fantastic.

The 89,000 number is more near the end of a two year rollout.

Again not sure what the source for this is, maybe someone else has the exact source(s) at hand.
