That's interesting. I wasn't hear for that. What advantage did they get out of a Reverse Split at that level of OS and PPS???

Since you missed it~ FYI the split that took place was announced shortly after the rm with lux digital. The share structure at the time was 1bil. A/S and the O/S was around 280 mil. The share price was higher than it currently is.


This action by the company resulted in snizz and zilla being the only posters left here.

The "kids" are mgmt. and they were/are greedy.

Sometimes I think I seek out the most painful stocks. (LOL) My recent dabble with NEWL was BRUTAL until that POP. Thing dropped quicker than this one and did 4 RS's. I was in for only one RS but WHEW!!! WHAT A DROP!!! I will run to the hills and find shares to short if they try another RS here instead of keeping it above a penny to stay off stinky pinkies. I think most have been in SCAMS and are relieved to find a real company, but management's greed created this situation. OMO even saw that and got out... We were around 4 bucks (.0033)when RS news came out. Today were at just over half a penny?!? YEAH GOOD MANAGEMENT!!! (LOL) :-D
