Regarding the amount of debt and the estimated amount ($1.1MM) it will take to retire the debt, this number is a function of the share price at the time we executed the transaction with ASC Recap, LLC. It is simply math with the estimated fee’s as a disclosure, not actual. We will be updating this information in the next 10-Q as the debt amount is significantly lower than $766K.
Zilla..let's assume o/s at 100 mil as of today, still 50% possible own by STTK insiders... that's only 5% of one bil A/S as free trade... R/S on shares that 95% own by company as insiders or capital shares that didn't even yet issue ? are you talking to kids ?
