This is just opinion...knowing that Pearl wants to go public next year sometime and go to the OTC or NASD after profits start coming in from the mines, they need to reduce the amount of shares drastically to raise share price. I think it will be the first of next year before it would happen. At this time I wouldn't even worry about it. I shouldn't have even brought it up and no the share price can be at .0001 when they do it.
