I have found any new court filings on either party
Through and all court search on Pacer.gov

The Apr 11, 2014 filing is all that comes up

There is no doubt in my mind that Coda will remain intact !

Both GMA13 and 1C are keeping their eye out for the court proceedings and all we need to do is keep our eye out on our board and monitor pps & volume. I'm gonna be adding, slowly, to my overall position down here - even if Coda has to fully dilute to resolve the debt issue. As to the court case - I'm very optimistic Coda will come out of this in good shape. Everything seems to be going their way - legally and within they're business environment.
