The problem is that Peter also issued convertible promissory notes , as per Peter's own admission, on several quarterly financials.
In other words, all are self dealing IMO.
Also, it has been flat out stated that neither Seaam or former CFO Turner have owned or own any stock of PVEC . This fact has been confirmed via the transfer agent and has never been brought up by Kerry in review of the shareholders list. You forgot to post prior postings that stated such unequivocally... One should tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth ... A fact some seem to miss.
