My thought is, why not acquire this assumably profitable company? One of two options maybe here, either someone can pay up or enjoy, share, proliferate OUR God saving technology! I hope to beat you all to this BBQ, in due time it will come Cheers Folks!!

SVFC has to have the IP before they can pursue patent infringement.

Once they get the IP they will likely just license the process to them like they did before.
