My mistake, you are right 100,000 000 shares at .01 par value is how the Green Fund is registered. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

The point of my last post I still stand by: "Bottom line is none of us really know what our .01 a share will be getting us with regard to the Green Fund Shares. Whatever it is it will be more than we have now so it is a good thing"

Since the Green Fund is being registered with 100,000,000 shares and WNTR has 1.2 billion there is still a question how the dividend will play out. Should be good for us shareholders no matter what the ratio. However, keep in mind those investing the 10 million will also be getting a piece of the pie, most likely preferred shares but maybe some common as well.
