Anyone who has read the court documents knows that tmm is going to lose this case, and lose it badly. tmm has no case and has harmed the other side and will be paying big for bringing this ridiculous lawsuit. Doubtful there will even be a tmm after this case is over.
What is worse is the SEC accountant even warned Larry that due to the structure of DFI/DFMI, it will cause serious consequence if he continues the path, and advise he to convert DFI into a "C" corp. However, Larry did not listen even got the warning in advance. I wonder why, and if there is any hidden agenda.
