I think your misinterpreting what this company does. I agree in most cases no company would care to be "verified" by a unfamiliar internet website, but that's not what this company sells.


They are a internet marketing company that focuses on local markets. They will create your website for you add call tracking for new customer calls. And it will do SEO for each business. The verified part is purely for the user side of things so they know all the contact info is correct.

Because there company can be locally rated by City on one site. It's a lot easier for users to be able to use one site then it is to google the company than compare it to others. SEEK May never be as big as GOOGLE but being the better digital yellowbook will bring in plenty of Revenue. If SEEK is able to create this web-site to be on android and iPhone as an APP, well by next year this stock could see $1+.... SEEK needs an APP though for sure

This is different and affordable for SMB to get listed for local search. This is a paid service for a business listing. Google does not show all the local business on first page. You have to pay huge marketing cost via PPC may be something a $300-400 per day. Here you can get listed for $199 per month. Also, Google keeps changing the SEO requirements. SEO is expensive also and takes months and yrs to be seen on first 5 pages of Google.
