I couldn't agree more with you. I am by no means a pro at this, but that sounds spot on with what I am seeing too. The other tangible view for me is that they (the big wigs, and gov) have pulled this whole sector down on purpose so that they can get everything orchestrated not only legally, but also position themselves comfortably before the ride up. I could be dead wrong on my thinking here, but I don't think I am that far off.
