Wow man...thats about 3 months of posts your askin for. I suggest you get reading. Or read the info in the I-box. Its all there. But in a condenced nut shell - FROZ was an empty shell company. APT wanted to go public and merged into the FROZ shell through Reverse Merger. There was never an MMJ play here in either FROZ nor APT.
