Let's put it I heard it through the grapewine. There is no sense doing a RS when you have 1.6B outstanding. Aferall, as TruthTaurus pointed out, the higher the stock price, the more bang for the buck. I see this going to penny land before any threat of a reverse. That simply won't happen until they have around a million in sales to report. Similar situation as PURE.
