For those of you that do not know, a "Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner" or NOBO list is a hard copy list a company can get that lists the contact information of every shareholder, with every brokerage & how many shares they are holding.

If there is an Objecting owner by chance, they can be circumvented by going directly to the DTCC for their list. Bottom-line: if a MM like PUMA has been dumping, it's VERY easy for a company to track that person down.
Compare one old list against a new list, see who's position has dwindled & VOILA! Thare Ya go!
