Id, I expected it as well...the curve ball is the amount.
It throws a bit of a wrench in my thoughts....dint know what to think of them trying to be more than a one trick poney? That is my negative at thIs point and time; if you have more even if based on experience please share.

The curve was "$75m". Negative potentials in theory of course; arbitration is a zero or close to it?
A drug is failing and they want a pipeline of drugs (bs maybe) in hopes of something else will emerge from their science? And of course "dilution"..........willing to hear more if you can share??

The curve was "$75m": positive potentials: another drug already who's signicant promise as well? Arbitration is a few $m (3-10m)? Dilution is at a higher pps?

The ball is its a game: the stock is trading 5* volume than prior to r/s (somebody or a group is playing), "n" warrants gave up rights. They just closed an offering at 1.40 prior this shelf. The trading also indicates they are purposefully creating a base in the 1.15 range for retail. The offering could close at .50 OR 2.75? I'd they sold the entire $75m at 1.00 , the mc is still only $115m to $200m (200 takes into account warrants guesstimating thought,,,but they would have even more cash).

I have a feeling this jebnerish of .80 vs 1.25 will be mute; OR some people from phII amd early phIII end up dead (sorry for harshness....it's a reality on an investor and survivor mindset)
