Exactly..! Very good news. Two million shares less in the float. The deal is not changed. They evidently have enough cash reserves on hand and or know they have a license in the bag and that revenue from that is near in hand. Why dilute the share structure when you have enough money on hand or a soon to be huge revenue stream coming in... The writing is on the wall people.. Boom!
